Salad Post

Last night I took a bunch of leftover odds and ends in the fridge from previous meals (i.e. strawberries from Hsauce’s strawberry poundcake, FYH mozzarella from the Christmas lasagna, lentils and chickpeas from the Cholent stew, and carrots from Vietnamese Subs) and tossed it with some romaine lettuce and had a yummy and quite pretty salad. The dressing was a store bought vinaigrette.
