Hello Portland!

Oh hey. I’m just gonna be chillin’ at Vida Vegan Con (VVC) this weekend, no bigs. No, but seriously it is bigs!! Vegan blogging super stars everywhere! I don’t plan on blogging “live” for the rest of our trip, though I will be using instagram, twitter and facebook. Stay tuned for VVC/Portland/Seattle blog posts in the near future.

A few vegangrams of some of the vegan swag I got today:

Lucky you!! I adore that pin. So cute! Have fun and I’ll be looking forward to your posts about it!

Oh, and thanks for the recent recipes. We made the cheesy butternut squash and sweet potato salad this week. Wow! So delicious!

Yay! I am so glad that you tried out my “recipes”. If there is anything that didn’t work out or that you adjusted, I’d love to know. I like constructive criticism.

Hey friend. We only made a baby pit stop in Seattle on our way to Whidbey Island to see Neal’s rents. The whole trip was a whirlwind and I’m sorry we didn’t get a chance to connect.

Someday our paths will cross! I thought about going to VVC, but I didn’t know if I wanted to spend that much money for a ticket…..after reading all the blog posts people are posting…I want to go! Did you make it to any vegan hot spots while in Seattle?

It was the craziest swag bag! Unfortunately, the confiscated my jar of peanut butter at the Seattle airport :-(. Strangely enough, they let me carry on a my oversized liquid Kombucha starter kit *shrugs*.

Yes!!! It was so nice to get to meet you as well. We didn’t find many places to rent so it may be awhile before we can get out there…but we’re still hoping :-)
